Skillet Lasagna
I found this recipe from an old ward member. I love not having to buy hamburger helper to have a skillet lasagna.
| 1/2 | lb | Ground Beef |
| 1/4 | c | Onion - chopped |
| 4 | oz | Tomato Sauce |
| 1 | tsp | Italian Herbs Seasoning |
| 1 | c | Cottage Cheese |
| 1 1/2 | c | Egg Noodles |
| 1 | tsp | Basil |
| 1 | can | Tomatoes - Stewed |
| 1 | tsp | Parsley Flakes |
| 1/2 | c | Mozzarella Cheese |
Brown ground beef and onion in large skillet, drain fat. Mix in tomato sauce and herbs. Spread cottage cheese on top, then noodles. Mix parsley and basil with stewed tomatoes, pour over noodles. Simmer, covered 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, and recover until cheese melts.
